“Interpretation”? That means Eric Holder’s people will overwhelmingly convict and rational people will acquit.

I don't think stupidity is at work here. The prosecutor was asked to turn water into wine. Without divine intervention, that's impossible.

That is code for social justice, relativity and jury nullification. The prosecutor just called for a jury nullification verdict for social justice.
