This is S.O.P. in a case so flimsy as this appears to be. The judge of course will deny the motion and proceed.

Nothing. This has been predicted for over a year.

Not to belittle your prediction, but this motion is pretty much S.O.P.

WHAT DO I GET FOR PREDICTING THIS ThIS MORNING????Either nothing or an additional silver star on your law degree.
This is standard procedure by the defense counsel before they present their case. It happens everyday, all over the land after the prosecution rests.
Your prediction carries as much weight as predicting the Sun to rise in the East this morning. Unless you actually didn't expect this to happen as a matter of course. Then it would be a good call.

Actually, I’ll up you one and predict that, given the inevitable riots once acquitted, that Zimmerman then has the pleasure of being tried a second time - for violating the “civil rights” of Trevon. This would be a federal trial, which the federal courts have ruled IS NOT double jeopardy...unreal, but true.

The sound of one hand clapping. LOL
I’ve been saying it since the second day of prosecution witnesses, all of whom made Zimmerman look innocent.
