This little assertion is a LIE:

“there is no public interest that outweighs the privacy interests established and protected by the FOIA (5 U.S.C. §§ 552(b)(7)(C) and (b)(6))”

Whether a government official was ILLEGALLY in possession of a third party’sTax information IS NOT protected by the above cited U.S.C.!!!!
