Didn’t take long for pure bullshit to rise to the top of this article. No kidding. Ft Bliss ranges and training areas are huge and all sand. I wonder what this EO quota recipient did to scoop up the millions of expended blanks left buried there? I don't even recognize the Army I knew anymore.
