The Movie Reviews
"A Good Day to Die Hard"
With Bruce Willis, Jai Courtney, Sebastian Koch, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Cole Hauser, Amaury
Nolasco, Yuliya Snigir, Radivoje Bukvic
2013, Rated R for violence and language, 97 minutes
John McClane (Willis) learns that his son (Courtney) is in trouble in Russia because of his involvement
with a Chernobyl scientist (Koch). He travels to the venue of the scientist's trial, and all L breaks loose
as John Jr. and the scientist are spirited away from the courthouse in order to meet up with the scientist's
daughter to escape. The movie was non-stop action throughout with very little breath-catching time. We
have all the Die Hard movies, and we're going to buy this one as well.
★★★★★
"6 Souls"
With Julianne Moore, Jonathan Rhys Meyers, Jeffrey DeMunn, Frances Conroy, Nathan Corddry,
Brooklynn Proulx, Brian Anthony Wilson, Joyce Feurring, Steven Rishard
2009, Rated R for violence, disturbing images, and terror, 112 minutes
A forensic psychologist (Moore) is asked by her father (DeMunn) to evaluate one of his own patients
(Rhys Meyers), who is a victim of multiple personality disorder, a disease that Moore has spent her
career debunking as hoax behavior. Rhys Meyers begins to insert himself into her life and the lives of her
father, brother (Corddry), and daughter (Proulx). As her life spirals out of control, Moore realizes that
she may have been wrong to dismiss the disorder in every case. A true horror movie, this work of art
is chilling and scary.

Bruce Willis is great. Have you seen “Looper”? We really enjoyed it.
