Before the constitutional court, Mansour said: "I swear by God to uphold the Republican system and respect the constitution and law. I wonder if used that word (as opposed to "democratic system") deliberately? I wonder if he knows the difference? I wonder if he will try to give Egypt a republic, as America once was?
