In many disciplines that is true. In fact, in many disciplines, we have learned more in the last 100 years than the previous 5000.

Absolutely! Just a few hundred years ago, the majority of doctors thought that the idea that infections are caused by germs was ludicrous.

Absolutely. Just to pick one subject out of many, try comparing any pre-1814 book on astronomy to a modern one.

yes. We should only listen to mainstream medical advice. Such as margarine is good for you. Vegetable oil is good for you. All fat is bad. Yes. Mainsteam medical advice is always correct.

Yes. Yes, we have. We also have far more people that can read and write, have educations, and contribute more per capita than at any other time.
