“Win?” that is an archaic term for the CMOH it was won in wars like the civil war Tom Custer got two but I think even by WW1 that term was being phased out for recipient or derivatives.

OK, I corrected her statement for her and deleted some trivial details of a second possible CMOH "incident." </sarc>
