One person said “Hail Satan” in a rather snarky tone and posture; the others were chanting, “Not the church, not the state, women must decide their fate.”
So basically this article stretches the actions of one person to paint a whole group as Satanists. Christians call this lying.

True, but one of the hallmarks of paganism is child sacrifice. This group sacrifices their children to the god called choice.
