Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, received a standing ovation during his speech at First Baptist Dallas church on Sunday for calling to abolish the Internal Revenue Service.

Now First Baptist will get audited.
Pat Toomey looked good at one time. Rubio. Corker. Alexander.... The list is nauseatingly long....
Cruz seems to be the real deal. He is a movement leader type. I don’t see him changing. While I liked Rubio a lot, and Toomey, I didn’t see either as an ideological leader, but rather a politician who seems to be on the correct side of things. Both have been horrible disappointments.
I like it, simple, fair, minimal and cleans up a lot of government nonsense. I think that a Constitutional Amendment would be necessary to cap it at 1% to keep the politicians from stealing more.
Rubio - with his Hispanic ties - became a poster boy for the GOPe. They seem to think that Hispanic republicans will bring Hispanic votes. Well, they though that black republicans would bring black votes, too. They were, and are, wrong on both counts.
To the left, it’s always “party first”.
Until the GOPe wakes up and grows a set, in order to excite and motivate their own base, they’ll never win elections. RINOs are to conservatives as republican blacks are to the NAACP...traitors.
Rubio was a useful tool, that’s all.
so what...maybe if he called for the folks that sent 100 million in refunds, to about 10 addresses - of illegal aliens - to go to jail, that might be a better call to action. Maybe if he asked the Marshall Service to put a few people in jail with no bail for crimes in the IRS that would be a better action. Maybe he could put a hold on a few other things and get the EPA under control. Geeez the senators talk talk talk and don’t take effective actions!!!!! /rant off
Leadership!
A lot of this talk about abolishing this or that agency is usually a lot of nonsense in pandering to conservative voters but I think Senator Cruz is a true believer!
Imagine:
April 15th just another day - no forms to file
Imagine:
Every penny of your pay check comes to YOU. Not ONE CENT taken out.
Imagine:
the ONLY information you need to give the gov’t is ‘how many people live in your household” =
no W-2 forms reporting your source of income, etc.
Imagine:
You get a ‘payback’ check every month to compenmsate for the first $!8,000-and up (depending ONLY on the number of peole in your household) of taxes you spend toward “living expense” purchases.
Thereafter, the sales tax you pay goes to the gov’t.
HOWever, even then, anything you buy second-hand, you pay NO Fed. sales tax on. (Get an almost new car? No Fed sales tax.) etc)
With the Fed sales tax, collected at point of purchase, same as states tax is now, = illegals and drug dealers and tourists - will be paying the tax on everything they buy - BUT they WON”T get the rebate. They’ll be paying from dollar one. - ahahaha.
ergo - DC will get just as much - maybe more - money - however, they won’t have the control over us. NO audits, no threat of aduits, no run-a-way interest on overdue taxes that no one could catch up with...NO CONTROL.
We would be back to the original freedoms of this country.
And the amound of FED sales tax YOU pay would be totally in YOUR control. Don’t wat to pay more/ don’t buy that new toy - of buy second hand. It’s up to YOU how much taxes you pay - not DC.
IMAGINE - the Gestapo arm of the gov’t amputated at the neck.
(Flat Tax doesn’t do that - Flat tax still keeps IRS up and running and files to mail on April 15th)
WE need to get rid of IRS - and the mood for it is NOW. Strike while the iron is hot.]

IMAGINE:
first kill the IRS
then the DHS
then the EPA
then the Dept of Education
etc etc
STATES RIGHTS
Spread the word
Obviously, I hope you are right. We are desperate for a conservative leader who can mow the down.
