Of course yours is a special case.Having sustained a serious injury while a gov't employee (Navy or Air Force,I assume) could cause serious problems in keeping a good weight.I suppose that I,myself,could,partially blame circumstances beyond my control (my hip went bad so I couldn't exercise) for my weight issues.

But yours...you have a fully valid excuse IMO.
