This is a standard GOP/’conservative’ smokescreen trick. Ryan uses it all the time w his phony budget resolutions.

This Abortion bill wont even make it to a Senate vote (past procedural) yet the Rubio Senate amnesty bill got passed and made it out of the Senate, with much scamming by Rubio himself.

To compare Schumer and Durbin would be working full time behind the scenes to get fellow Senate Dems ~ 15 total to vote for this abortion bill.

But of course that wont happen.

It does not make sense to be pro-life and pro-path-to-citizenship-for-illegal-aliens. Amnesty, after naturalization, would result in the election of pro-abortion supermajorities in both houses, and therefore no hope of ever confirming pro-life SCOTUS justices nor a POTUS who was pro-life.

Makes me wonder if most GOP congresscritters really care about the principles they claim, or have become prisoners of an addiction to power.
