I think Putin is playing with Obama and I also think he is using Snowden as part of his cat and mouse with Obama....Snowden could be in a Russian submarine right now on his way to “freedom”; I find it hard to believe a little thing like a lack of a legitimate passport for Snowden is a problem for someone like Putin.
