I looked it up and we all need to get the information out on comment threads and forums, anywhere people are talking about this latest boondoggle.

d) EFFECTIVE DATE—The amendments made by this section shall apply to periods beginning after December 31, 2013.

It is NOT up to the Secretary of HHS.

It is NOT up to Obama’s whims.

As far as I can tell, this is a complete collapse of our form of government. The executive branch just took control of all power of the federal government and is making rulings without Constitutional authority.

When will we finally return to the rule of law rather than the Rule of Obama???

Hopefully, the Reps will be looking at the legality of all of this. Once the administration issues an official pronouncement, we should be able to see what part of the law they are citing that gives them the ability to change the implementation dates.
