Too bad for them, folks going out on their own for Insurance are getting hit the hardest, especially the healthy younger crowd. There will still be 2014 election consequences if the youth wise up.

That was my first thought. Either it’s the law, or it isn’t the law. Oh wait. THE LAW IS WHAT OBAMA SAYS IT IS. We no longer have the Rule of Law in our country. We have the Rule of One Man. The Legislative branch counts for nothing. As is the case with voter intimidation and illegal aliens, under Obama our federal government enforces the laws it likes, and ignores the rest — even the laws it wanted enacted.

The President is breaking his own law. Who’s to say he wouldn’t break all of them?

Because this evil unconstitutional law is anything the president and his appointees say it is. It’s make it up as you go along. That’s what happens when we allow a 3000 page law to be imposed on us.
Restaurants, hotels, contractors and other small business owners have aggressively limited their employees to a 30 hour week to avoid Obozo Care, killing their business.
Many owners are cooperating with each other to enable good workers to work with other small businesses.
Young healthy singles/couples are negotiating their health care with doctors on a cash per visit basis. They can’t afford the costs of Obozo care via insurance, and they are healthy and don’t want to pay for the health care of the illegals and chronic unemployed.
On Tuesday, the administration unexpectedly announced a one-year delay, until after the 2014 elections, in a central requirement of the law that medium and large companies provide coverage for their workers or face fines.
