He really should have stopped at the domestic issues.
Snowden crossed the line when he had said the NSA had hacked Chinese mobile-phone companies to collect millions of text messages and had also hacked Tsinghua University in Beijing. He even provided documents that listed details of specific episodes during a four-year period.
And when he said that the NSA had planted bugs in EU offices in Washington, New York, and Brussels, and had infiltrated their computer networks.
It does not matter if the enemy already knew from their own sources (and you do not know that they did). An American that was trusted with this information confirmed it.
It's the fact that Snowden is and was in a position to confirm it - and he did. That's the problem.
I understand what you're saying about exposing Obama on the domestic stuff. I also feel the same as you do about it. And up to that point I agree with you. I wished he had stopped there.
I don’t think he’s revealed a fan thing that hasn’t been written about before this time.
Go ahead and Google this garbage. Iy was written about in many publications.
He is a shiny object of amusement and I’m glad everyone is talking about this garbage.
He was a patriot who was forced to become a traitor by an outlaw government. We all know what happened. The US government threatened China, just like they are threatening the few dozen countries Snowden may apply for asylum with. That forced Snowden to give the Chinese something so they would not extradite him to the black mailing US government.
This entire affair is all because of the US government and the outlaws who run it. Nobody's fault but theirs. If they had shown genuine concern for the privacy of their own citizens, and had pleaded with Snowden to come back to the US with full amnesty, none of this and what is going to follow would have happened.
