"What kind of president goes overseas to warn the locals about the people who elected him?"

Why doesn't he go to Deetroit, Chicago, Philadelphia, Los Angeles, etc., and say the same thing? The same people he's lecturing are right here in the USA, sucking the life out of working Americans' earnings to buy their votes, and appease THEM.
