You may be right about that but certainly the Tea Party gave rise to Ted Cruz and others who were instrumental in squelching gun control in the Senate.
I don’t think they stopped gun control in the Senate.
If they could, this Amnesty deal would also be dead. (The Tea Party got us Rubio!!!!!)
There was something else involved in the Gun Deal - and it wasn’t the Tea Party.
