I have a question: Are fire breaks in these flat wooded areas cost-prohibitive, or EPA prohibited? Bob

This was not heavily wooded and instead had heavy dry grass and brush with trees patchy with undergrowth from no recent fires or clearing. The area is mountainous and convoluted with varied grades cutting up some flatter upland glades.

I drove through Yarnell about a month ago. It would guess it is 2000 feet higher than Wickenburg just a few miles to the south and the Bradshaws continue to climb as you proceed North.
