Um, it wasn’t a “Blues Brother’s” song.

But so what. Blacks think they own a piece of music if it was originaly performed by a black guy? (Cab Calloway, IIRC)

It was done by Mr. Calloway in the Blues Brothers movie....probably one of the best renditions ever...

This is Cassandra the one yall have this discussion about. Im a loving caring person I’ve been playing saxophone for over 18 years. It is my life and ill always play!! I played that song for graduation song when does that young and I don’t feel like it is a bad song to play I did not know or realize the lyrics but it shouldn’t matter I should not have been beaten up ladies ladies and I should not of been scrutinized for something my teacher showed me the song as blue brothers.
