What about George Romney's 1968 presidential bid? Was he ineligible because he was born in Mexico?

You are absolutely correct. Foreign born, with a Cuban father, he is not NBC. I can understand why people want him to run. He’s a brilliant conservative, but if he is as smart as I think, I doubt he will ever run for president. He has too many foreign (Canada and Cuba) sovereignties to give allegiance to. (Not that I think he would.)
