Hasn't this been true for just about every bill since 0bama took office? Especially 0bamacare.
And nobody in the Senate, except maybe Ted Cruz, made any attempt to consider the consequences.

Ted Cruz, Senator from Texas, is the ONLY man in Washington who has enough intellect to present the BIG PICTURE of how America is being affected by Obamacare and Amnesty. His argument is very powerful.
This shows clearly how very little of what is trying to be legislated has NOT even been thought through on the most elementary of levels.
