The video is graphic. If we're going to arm terrorists, we should supply swords and training. Or an axe. And proper attire. The Geneva Convention must have something about cutting prisoner's heads off. This cutting off heads with a knife isn't stylish and unworthy of an ally America. Oh well, at least they're not being waterboarded.
