"After they succumbed to the pressure to charge Zimmerman, they have dedicated themselves to persecuting him, no matter how flimsy the evidence."

And how does it help to railroad someone by putting on a witness which can only help destroy your case. There is nothing a witness can testify to that would even out such a devestating cross-examination. The prosecutor had to know this witneess would hurt her case much more than she could ever conceivabley help it. It doesn't make sense.

My guess is that this all came out in deposition and the defense WANTED her on the stand so much that they would have called her if the prosecution had not.

Three points:

1. Eric Holder got involved with this. He wants race riots - or at least the threat of race riots, to keep the politicians in line and/or create martial law eventually.

2. Crump is after the money. It’s the civil lawsuits that he cares about. To have that he’s got to endure a criminal trial.

3. If the jurors are stupid or can be convinced that they will create riots if they acquit, they might do so even though we all know this is trumped-up. Having CNN folks claim that the emperor’s new clothes are gorgeous (that this witness is credible) is part of the demoralization process - where a person is incapable of seeing what is right in front of their eyes.
