He personally won't, but his minions will. A disingenuous lie.

Well, isn’t that special? So, Obama won’t make churches conduct gay marriages. Who does he think he is?

Across this land government is making Knights of Columbus Halls host gay marriage receptions and Christian bakers bake gay wedding cakes, and caterers of conscience cater gay receptions, and Orthodox photographers take pictures of gay couples, to say nothing of Catholic adoption agencies to place children in gay homes. And he expects us to believe him?

why he thinks he has any power here is beyond me.

libtards would be screaming if bush would have said he make or not make private institutions do this or that. who the hell does he think he is, they said that all the time, even when he did have the power to do something.

Excellent point. If a church-related adoption agency or hospital gets a penny of federal aid, it will be vulnerable. Down the road, any church with a tax exemption will be vulnerable as well.

"No, he'll have someone else do it. Remember, Pharaoh did not pursue the Hebrews into the parted sea. he said it was a job for a butcher. Not a Pharaoh. "

According to who? Cecil B DeMille or the Bible?

According to the account in Exodus 15:19 For the horse of Pharaoh went in with his chariots and with his horsemen into the sea, and the LORD brought again the waters of the sea upon them;

Churches are under unceasing assault. It’s particularly bad in Massachusetts. According to Mass Resistance, the pro-traditional family group, the homosexual agenda is imposed on just about every corner of Massachusetts life. It has a totalitarian grip on Christians.

I didn’t realize that MA had gotten so intolerant of Christians. How long before a small group of the downtrodden and discriminated take off in a boat for a new land? (I’m only half joking.)

(CNN)– For more than two decades, the Rev. R. Guy Erwin couldn’t officially be a pastor in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. On Friday, he was elected a bishop.

Erwin’s election signals a shift not only for the ELCA – the nation’s seventh largest church – but also for American Christianity. Only one other mainline Protestant denomination, the Episcopal Church, has elected openly gay and lesbian bishops.

“In these days such milestones seem to be coming at an ever-faster rate,” Erwin told CNN, “and eventually what seems revolutionary now will seem normal and predictable.”

I am not a Lutheran so it’s not my business, but I wonder how they reconcile that decision?

the next target will be revoking the tax exempt status of all religious institutions that oppose their vile lifestyles

A Huff Post column from last year says that Obama would never do anything that would force a church to perform SSMs, to include threatening to withdraw their tax exempt status. Then we saw that Obama was already orchestrating just that against Tea Party groups. I would give it two years before they start various methods of persuasion, such as banning use of public areas.
