so the case is sent back and remanded at its last decision, which was the Ninth Circus saying Prop 8 is unconstitutiona

I thought Roberts' opinion said the Ninth Circus decision was not valid either...and the decision goes back to the California court that declared Prop 8 illegal.

Though the Supreme Court struck down DOMA, it doesn’t give same sex marriage or homosexuals equality as they are hoping it will. There are 38 states that don’t allow same sex marriage.
