Really? On what grounds are they barred? In April I attended an appeal hearing in Connecticut in which Michael Skakel is seeking a new trial.Skakel himself testified on the day I attended and half the people in the gallery were his kin.I even talked to one.I didn't realize it until afterward...if I had know beforehand I would have told her to go fornicate herself.
Supposedly Zimmerman's family is on the potential witness list while Travon's family is not. Witnesses apparently aren't allowed to hear the other witnesses testimony.
They are family of the “victim” and thus are allowed to appear.....We need to be careful and not fly off the handle. This article is inflammatory by saying “attacked”.... The person said that it was said “under his breath” as they brushed past each other and the father saw his badge that said family. Lets just use the facts that actually happened and not make it worse than it was....
So mamma can influence the jury with her tears.
Because Zimmerman's family isn't expected to like the outcome.
A Zimmerman’s family member will be called as a witness, but it shouldn’t preclude BOTH of his parents from being allowed to attend the trial.
