I know homosexual “unions” are recognized. They are identical to marriages in the eyes of the law. But “unions” were never good enough for the sodomites. They wanted “marriage”. They wanted nothing in the world but the meaning of the word marriage to include them. That’s what they were shooting for. Now two buddies, as straight as arrow, who just don’t want to get married, or get married again, can “marry” their drinking buddy and cheat on federal taxes. That’s really all this new definition goes. It allows scammers and here they come. Kennedy is an idiot. Wonder if this was even discussed during the proceedings. The people that should be really pissed are the California voters,who said no to sodomite “marriage”, then a faggot judge comes along and rules it unconstitutional and the US Supreme Court lets him get by with it. They are the ones that that should be mad. The Supreme Court said we no longer live in a country by the people for the people. Now it’s a judge who calls the shots and determines what’s right and wrong. I would suspect that the liberal judges will try the same thing in all the states that have outlawed queer “marriage”.

Which is why I believe a large number of sodomites and lesbians have emotional/mental problems: they obviously are not comfortable with themselves or their sexual actions since they seek affirmation and approval from others.
