I agree, but not because of this ruling, but because of the shocking comments made by Kennedy in the majority opinion for the DOMA case. He basically calls those against gay marriage the spawn of Satan - really.

Go read it when you have a chance, but not on a full stomach. Actually, just read Scalia's scathing dissent, Kennedy's words are included there, and you can at least take pleasure in Scalia's words of wisdom.
