Is that from the Texas Statutes? In the Legislative section? Somehow I can’t see that applying to the the TX legislative gallery rules of decorum.
The Lege’s gallery makes the lawmakers conduct their business in public instead of all the “behind closed doors” crap that happens in D.C. And besides, you can’t beat it for entertainment value.
