I've searched the Constitution diligently, and nowhere do I find judicial power to "repeal" or veto laws.
The Voting Rights Act was largely “repealed” via judicial action this week. I didn’t see anyone on this site complaining.
Doma struck down....only applies in 11 states who allow same sex marriages....(could be a problem for states that allow same sex unions.)
.... So this forces people to accept ‘gay marriages’ in states that allow same sex marriage....thru this decision ...that now gives them benefits.
Do I have it right?
You know, I made that same point to the Romney-pushers who said that he'd repeal Obamacare...
But then the IRS, NSA, and Fast & Furious all indicate that the Constitution is meaningless for one reason: there are no consequences for violating it.
