obama means... if any of the oil transferred via the pipeline will add to carbon pollution... then he will not build the pipeline... and he means to NOT build it because any use of that oil will cause some level of emission.

So true Andy. The oil from Canada will still get to a refinery somewhere. Instead of being pumped in a pipeline to OK & TX, it may get pumped to the west coast of Canada where it will then be loaded on a tanker and shipped to the highest bidder(most likely China).
Along the way, it is much more likely to cause some kind of environmental catastrophe. When it gets to where it is processed into fuel and other products, there will not be an EPA to watch over their emissions.

Just wait until the LEFT finds out that banning the Keystone pipeline will cause a severe shortage of petroleum jelly.

Okay for me but not for thee! Can anybody cite one thing the obozo hussein has done since being in the WH that has actually been good for America??
