Kerry, Karzai, and the Taliban who officially opened their new headquarters in Qatar on 18th June this year. Within a few days after that Kerry states he wanted to speak with the Taliban directlyThis p-o’d Karzai who then cancelled out of it all. Now the Taliban attacks Karzi. Did Kerry intend to p.o Karzai and if so why...so the Taliban would have an excuse to retaliate?
