I liked Timothy Dolan when he first came onto center stage. He was a no BS leader. But since then and over the last several years, he drank the Kool Aid and is as much a political animal as Cardinal Law ever was.

For one thing, Dolan is NOT like Pope Francis. Regardless, this idiocy of thinking we have to kiss some other religion’s butt and point out our similarities, as though we exist for an absolutely IDENTICAL cause, is old and getting older and simply politics in the religious arena.
My dearest Cardinal Dolan. I share nothing in common with Islam and those who practice it except that we were created in God’s image and likeness. It is possibly the greatest heresy ever: it is a bastardization of the Jewish faith and the Arain heresy all rolled into one horrific theocracy of domination. Founded on the epileptic fits of a psychopath, ISLAM despises the very foundation of Christianity: The Cross.
I don’t need to placate these people. Don’t try to shove Sharia Law into my life, kill my innocent family and friends in the name of God, and expect me to think things are just hunky-dory.
Cardinal Dolan, please step back and look hard into the mirror.
