I think she is trying to say she doesn't endorse the senate amnesty bill, just the enforcement part. Of course, the senate traitors are not going to remove the amnesty part.
This statement came out after her famous "This Gang of Eight bill is a victory for Arizona." Is she:
1) Backpedaling to recover her conservative creds?
2) She spoke without reading the bill, and is now trying to correct her real position?
I can imgine McCain or Flake trying to sell her: "Listen, baby, we respect your strong stance on "enforcement first" and now this amendment will make sure it gets done YOUR way. And you will get all the credit!" Just give a naive politician something they think will look good on TV....
In a way, I admire politicians who are not super slick, but this makes me think UH-OH!
