Is there a part that says AMNESTIED IMMIGRANTS do not ever have to pay any taxes?Does it matter? Nappy already said DHS will decide what to enforce and what to ignore. Do you think Obama, who would be the biggest vote buyer in history, and his IRS would want his new Dem (or worse) voters to be unhappy?

The bulk of them don't pay taxes. They receive earned income tax credits (those who work at all). And foodstamps. And healthcare. And free ObamaPhones.
