There is not all that much to explore as the Food Network seems rather confident that most American companies do not want their product associated with a woman who thinks that slave themed wedding are a jolly good ole time.

They don't know what advertisers will do until they do it. Given that it was a number of years ago, I think that there is a lot less concern about this than people think there is.

The people who will make the most noise about this are primarily race-baiters who blame everything on all things race. The Paula Deen name carries a lot of weight with consumers - ESPECIALLY Southern consumers - and consumers are what the advertisers are after, anyway.

Now that you explain it like that, there are certain to be other networks with eager advertisers who will be happy to produce and advertise on a new Paula Deen cooking show.
