The SCOTUS...within the last few years...ruled that it’s legal for a company to fire/lay off/dismiss a particular person in order to hire someone who would cost the company less.The employer could say “hey,our insurance carrier said that he’d bump up our premiums so we let him go”.
How does that mesh with Obamacare doctrine, I wonder . . . ?
