Federal law that says federal agents are superior. I am sure in the third grade your teacher told you not to use the word in the definition. Same logic applies here: Circular reference. Federal law giving federal law superior powers? That’s as fiat as can be.
Not advocating a position. Don’t know enough. Just adding info for you to chew up like bad scenery in a slapstick comedy.
What all this comes down to is ‘Might is Right’. Not morally right but he who is willing to exercise the most extreme violence wins. So far the federal government has been doing that.
