I wonder if this is a Union Thing?
Like the guy once said when the kids start paying dues is when he starts to represent them. Until then he represents the teachers who do pay dues.
The only way to level the playing field would be to unionize kindergarten students. This way a six year old can scare the hell out of a teacher by pointing his finger at him like a gun with impunity.
