Jeff Cooper’s advice was: Carry a .25 if it makes you feel better, but never load it. If you load it, you may shoot somebody, and they may become angry and do you a serious jury.

If that twerp shot someone of any real size he might have it shoved up the part of his body that the sun don’t shine.
Probably the only thing more painful than that would be the extraction of it by a doctor, especially should it fire again during that extraction.
