I believe the Anti-2nd-Amendment Mayors that just met in Vegas voted Philly the most favorable city to live... due to its anti-gun policies.

Know what you're talking about before you give an uninformed reply. Philly is in Pennsylvania and we have better gun laws than Texas.

Pa. is a shall issue state.

A gun permit costs $19.95 and includes your picture being taken. No stupid training rules. If your smart enough to put $19.95 together, you're smart enough to get a concealed carry permit.

Strong state preemption laws. Localities can't make up their own gun laws.

Open carry is a right.

No magazine bans, no "assault weapon" regs. Class 3 weapons can be owned.
