The order specifically excludes Owen and Reich, while mentioning four other experts. Only the opinion testimony of Owen are Reich are excluded from testimony. IOW, I got my impression from the opinion and order. I read the news to see how bad they get the facts, not to see what the facts are.

The defense experts testified extensively on the "difficulty" (it's roughly impossible) in applying science to identify a screamer. The human voice changes radically when under that kind of stress, and the changes are unpredictable.

It was the prosecution experts that were epecfically not allowed, The judges orders did not exclude the defense’s experts.

Since the defense experts were not disallowed, their testimony is allowed to be presented to refute anything anyone else presents in the case rendering any prosecution testimony as invalid.

The judge sided with thew defense, not against it.

I apologize for any typos, the spell check function declared EVERY word as being misspelled.
