While this is probably a just sentence to hand out, it illustrates the hypocrisy of our justice department that is willing to grant amnesty to millions of law breakers and reward them with citizen benefits.

Shame on you, Marco.

Now I see the problem. Later in the story it says:
" "They used their positions as Border Patrol agents to line their pockets," Assistant U.S. Attorney Timothy Salel said, adding later: "Unlike other corruption cases where agents have been led astray to join an organization, these agents created the organization."

Maybe the greedies in the dept of justice didn't like these guys lining their pockets and passing them by.

Tribe before country.

But are these guys any different than Marco Rubio, who supports law-breaking mostly Hispanic illegals before the rule of law?

“They used their positions as Border Patrol agents to line their pockets,”

And how does this differ from the RINO establishment, which supports amnesty to maximize their profits with law-breaking, cheap labor illegals?

The only difference between these guys and the Chamber of Commerce is that they didn’t have millions of dollars to bribe politicians.

What? You mean these two fine Democratic liberal gentlemen aren’t now members of the administration? Maybe Holder is working on the paperwork as I type.

>> Shame on you, Marco.

He’ll do that multiplied by 100,000 and run for president.

Awwww, next we can expect Rubio and his galloping ocho banditos to offer them instant release, and a pathway to an expunged criminal record. None will dare call it a pardon though...

Smuggle?

The should do what government does and just allow them to enter for free while offering them free tax paid healthcare, welfare, food stamps, prizes, amnesty, gifts etc..

Just look what government did for the Boston Muslim terrorist, even after being warned by foreign governments....They brought them in here legally and gave them and their families hundreds of thousands in tax dollar prizes and gifts.

Yep. Sounds like they (the agents) were just doing the jobs RINO’s and Dim’s can’t wait to do.

..crimes that the judge termed a threat to national security.

So if the introduction of "hundreds" of wetbacks into the country constitutes a threat to national security what must the presence of thirty million wetbacks represent? A desperate, and immediate, national emergency perhaps?

How is it any more corrupt that what the Obama Administration does to states that attempt to enforce border security in spite of Mr. Obama’s opposition to it (at the state or federal level)?

What did they do wrong? Forget to register them to vote as Democrats, or fail to tell them how to sign up for SS and Obamacare?

I live in San Diego and I visit Tijuana. I speak a little Spanish and I ask questions when I am down there. The shoe shine guys, most of whom are deportees, tell me that the price for being smuggled across the border in the trunk of a car is $5,000. The money is payable if and when the person is delivered to the destination in the USA. More than 150 U.S. Customs and Border Protection Officers and Border Patrol Offices have been convicted since 2004 for allowing drugs and people to get through, according to yesterday,s San Diego Union Tribune. The fence does not stop everybody. There are crooked officers allowing cars with multiple illegals packed in the trunk to pass through.

crimes that the judge termed a threat to national security..

So when is every liberal and RINO like Marco Rubio going to be arrested as well? Are they not doing the same?
