The battle to build the next Beast has begun.
The Department of Homeland Security has opened bidding for the contract to design and engineer the next presidential limousine. Applications to be considered for the project were due this week, and a winner will be chosen by Sept. 29, but due to the sensitive nature of the vehicle, its likely we wont know anything more about it until the new car enters service, possibly as early as 2015.
A spokesperson for the U.S. Secret Service confirmed that the department is looking into purchasing the next generation limo, but couldnt offer further comment.

Maybe a drone?
Electric, no doubt.
I know the Presidential limo weighs at least twice what a comparable vehicle for citizens, so it’s understandable that they might wear out prematurely despite the fantastic care for the vehicle.
I think it would be interesting what is contained in the new vehicle, assuming that it will still be public knowledge.
I really getting tyred of all the misspellings.
Well they better get one that has a bit more road clearance
Drivin for Jesus Drivin for Jesus Drivin for Jesus Makin all the lights

They might be able to get a good deal on a 1961 Lincoln Continental 4-door convertible. It’s a fixer upper, but it’s been cleaned up real nice. It was mostly used in parades, so it’s got very low miles.
Why?
Haha, horny Mike would go to town on the new beast!

It’s not wear, for sure.
Needs the latest security and electronic gear. Probably too expensive to retrofit.
Why not use that enormous bus we paid for?
