Why would he specifically remember the name of somebody, who by his own account, was a total nobody at the time?
Anyway, if he can substantiate any of this, I support locking up anybody who authorized it at any level. I suspect this is just some cotton candy to throw to the leftist loons currently stuck without a "Bush's fault" response to this particular act of lawbreaking by the Obama Administration.

The summer of 2004 was when the left in this country were collaborating with the Iraqi insurgents and American troops were getting killed.
