ABC failed in the first sentence. What gave the Tea Party birth and prominence was the idiotic stimulus.

Well, Obama won’t get away with more IRS harassment of the Tea Party. Not with everyone still watching. So what’s next? Carpet bombing??

The demoRats and GOPe just do NOT understand that the Tea Party represents the principles and values that millions of Americans still hold. Also, the Tea Party never went away, as the headline suggests, rather it was muzzled by the IRS.

You betcha! The Tea Party never really went away; rather, the Dems, the GOP and the media just hoped that if they ignored us long enough we would go away.

The IRS issue has renewed my resolve to get more involved and help the TEA Party more than ever.

With all due respect to the Tea Party, please consider the following. The TP needs to camp outside Obama guard dog Fx News OReilly's door, instead of meeting at DC all the time, and demand that OReilly publicly addresses the following. Other than Fx's token mention of Congress's constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers referenced below, why doesn't Fx News ever discuss in depth Congress's Section 8-limited powers in public policy discussions along with Justice John Marshall's clarification of Congress's limited power to lay taxes? Justice Marshall had official clarified that Congress is prohibited from laying taxes in the name of state power issues, essentially any issue, including healthcare, which Congress cannot justify under its Section 8-limited powers.
"Congress is not empowered to tax for those purposes which are within the exclusive province of the States." --Justice John Marshall, Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824.

Regarding Fx's token mention of Section 8, here's a link to Judge Andrew Napolitano reading Section 8 to explain the unconstitutionality of Obamacare in 2009, Fx News being able to argue that they had mentioned Section 8. (Does anybody know of another mention of Section 8 by Fx?)

Keep it up............The Rat's really fear this.

By virtue of the fact that the big O administration attacked the Tea Parties via the IRS demonstrates who they really fear. The outing of the IRS scandal will just embolden such groups to rally in now and into 2014. For the IRS to withhold tax-exempt status for these groups at this point is to invite more criminal allegations.

I happened to glance at this Yahoo article from Wednesday. http://news.yahoo.com/obama-berlin-not-yet-done-135007185.html

The comments below the article are hilarious! I don’t normally think of Yahoo readers as being very conservative, but EVERY single one of them was super negative - many very witty and all just totally trashing Obama. From the comments, all the stuff that has happened, the NSA scandals, the IRS, everything is really getting out there. Since I mostly get my news from FR, I was thinking maybe people in the mainstream world were not hearing about all these things.

I scrolled way down thru several pages and did not see one positive comment. I hope this is an indication that people are finally waking up to what a tyrant he is. Hope and pray that feeling will continue to mount up and people will get active and involved with the tea party.

for the last money, illegal aliens have been being guided through the senate office buildings. (it looks like the parking lot of home depot)

The lobbyists have been working 2x time to push the anecdotes and not facts. They have little mexican migrant worker hats, straw hats and spanish translators.

shrimp stature schumer (he is very very very short) has been a good leutenant for this Obama Amnesty plan.

...the Tea Party, which is still a relatively diffuse group of state or local-based groups...

Yep, the Tea Party is authentically grass roots and dispersed, which I think is a little unsettling to liberals.
