I hate to say it. I was thinking that would be a tidy sum for the young girl. And then I realized what was happening here. This judge unwittingly turned the 15 year old girl from a victim into a prostitute.
Don’t get me wrong. She’s a victim. She had nothing to do with the decision.
Put the guys in prison. End of story.
Yes.. the judge decided the girl should be paid for her services... i.e., a prostitute. I hope her family and friends are outraged - they should take the money and hire someone to administer a severe ass whooping on all of these
‘youts’.
She can use the money to get therapy or hire a hit man. Personally I’d go with option two.
What do you suppose the odds are that she won’t even see a dime of that money?
