I’m going to keep saying it until someone tells me to shut up :) Obamacare and Roe v Wade cannot both be constitutional. If Roe established a right to privacy, then Obamacare eviscerates it by inserting the federal govt into every health related decision from purchase of insurance to monitoring her doc’s compliance with federally established treatment protocols.
