Why does the Obama administration treat our military veterans like human garbage? Every year on Memorial Day and Veterans Day, Barack Obama and our other politicians make very nice speeches, but the truth about how they feel about our veterans can be seen in how they are treated every single day. In the United States today, there are well over half a million veterans that have been waiting for at least 125 days to have their benefit claims processed. Many of them will ultimately have their claims sent back or denied just so a government employee somewhere can get a bigger bonus. Meanwhile, conditions at VA facilities all over the country are absolutely abysmal........

The treatment of the general public and Veterans buy the supporting such anti military people like John Hanoi Kerry are a further slap in the face of Americans. The presidents further disrespect for Soldiers includes improper salutes if he salutes at all and not wearing a flag pin.
I’m with you NKP_Vet, no way would I encourage a young person to enlist in the service right now!

My daughter was recruited by the Air Force out of Penn State. While being processed as the Harrisburg, PA facility, she was asked by a SSgt "Why are you here - you should be home making babies." After that she transitioned to the Columbus, OH facility to wait for a slot to open up at Maxwell (OTS). She told them the story, and they were horrified, but nothing was ever done about it. I told her she should find her way back to Harrisburg, now that she's a 2Lt and drag that sorry ass up in front of his boss and ask him if he wanted to repeat the comment he made to her when she was in-processing.

I'm guessing I would've been tossed out of the AF if I had to serve under the commie usurper. After all, I prayed, upheld The Constitution, was a CHRISTIAN, opposed communism and loved America - All verbotten under the current regime!

About a year after I retired in 91 I was sitting in the sauna at Plattsburgh AFB, NY. Clinton had just became president. We were all saying how much of a low-life draft-dodging SOB he was and how it was a disgrace that a draft-dodger, indeed one who had protested against the war, while marching in the streets of Moscow, was now president. I was retired but the majority of the others who were raising hell about Clinton were active duty. A couple of weeks later a major general speaking at an NCO Leadership School graduation shared his thoughts on our draft-dodging president. He was reprimanded and made to put in his papers. So I’m glad I got out when I did. No doubt with my mouth I would have have stayed in trouble for badmouthing that SOB Clinton. Probably ended up being court-martialed, and losing my retirement.
125 days? In my case, try 13 years..............
I appealed a claim 8 years ago. Still waiting.
